A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Laval University in 2014, Maxime Laflamme-Leblond joined the team of Papineau Avocats Inc. as an articling intern in July 2015. He was then called to the Bar of Quebec in early 2016.

Mᵉ Laflamme-Leblond practices primarily in the fields of divided co-ownership and real estate law, notably in the context of civil litigation, which leads him to plead before the civil courts and, occasionally, before the Rental board (Régie du logement) and the Human Rights Tribunal of Quebec.

In the field of divided co-ownership, Mᵉ Laflamme-Leblond represents syndicates of co-ownership and co-owners alike, in litigations of all kinds, whether it be the recovery of unpaid common charges, conflicts related to short-term renting in the "AirBnB" fashion, hidden defects, construction defects or faulty design, etc., in addition to attending general assemblies of the co-owners as either presiding chairman or representative of one or more co-owners.

In addition to his involvement in the various cases of the firm, Mᵉ Laflamme-Leblond also contributes to the updating of its various publications and the writing of informative columns, and he has often been a speaker at the Regroupement des Gestionnaires et Copropriétaires du Québec. He also contributes to the Condoproprié electronic magazine by writing monthly columns on various legal aspects of the divided co-ownership.
